Dorset Cereals Ltd’s prize draws: terms & conditions

1. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. By entering the promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, The Promoter is Dorset Cereals Limited, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 3WE. Registered no. 2867393.

3. No purchase is necessary. You can enter once per week, per person, by entering your email address on the website to request a key code, which will be sent to you by email, which you can then use to enter via the website.

4. Prizes will be awarded to those entrants whose pack or email key code generates a winning prize code from our random prize code generator, on our website. Entrants will be notified immediately if they have won a prize. Prize allocation is subject to validation. Packs and emails which generate a prize-win may be needed for verification. Emails will be checked for validity against our sent email database. Forwarded emails will not be valid.

5. The prizes are as stated on the website and are non-transferable and subject to availability. The Promoter and its agents reserve the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of comparable value if circumstances make this necessary.

6. The maximum number of prizes available for this promotion is as stated on promotional packaging & the website: three County 110 Land Rovers each with a £500 voucher to spend with The Seaside Company, 500 second prizes of a pair of Dorset Cereals deckchairs each with a sandcastle kit consisting of a bucket and three tools. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse prize claims that would take the number of prizes that are awarded above these stated totals.

7. The first prize does not include road tax, insurance cover or fuel and the Promoter will take no responsibility for drivers of the vehicle. The Promoter or its agents will not be held responsible for the consequences of any failure on the part of the winner or the winner’s companion in this respect.

8. Offer closes 30.05.08. All entries and claims must be received by midnight by 30.05.08. The winners’ first names & counties will be posted online after 31.06.08.

9. Winners agree to participate in any publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.

10. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries by virtue of technical failures of the website or otherwise, whether any such failure is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of completing a form is not proof of receipt of entry. The Promoter and its agencies reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the Dorset Cereals Limited website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

11. The Promoter’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
